In this ranch dip, blended, it gives a creamier more savory flavor to the dip and I often use this or a combination of both cottage cheese and greek yogurt. It too offers some impressive health benefits:

Ingredients You’ll Need
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (preferably non-fat or low-fat)
- 1 Tbsp Mayonase of choice (I use the classic Mayo, changing to olive oil or avocado doesn’t offer me the flavor profile I prefer, but feel free to alter yours to make healthier, but note it does change and sacrifice the flavor a bit)
- 2 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix (store-bought or homemade)
- *optional 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (adds zest!)
- CUSTOMIZE TO YOUR PREFFERENCE BY ADDING A PINCH MORE OF: garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt and or pepper to taste. Don’t add more than a pinch or 1/8 tsp at a time
- Optional add-ins: fresh chopped herbs (like dill, chives, or parsley), a dash of hot sauce for some heat, or even a sprinkle of smoked paprika for extra depth.
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a medium-sized bowl, add the Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning mix, lemon juice, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until fully blended.
- Taste and Adjust: Taste your ranch dip! This is your chance to adjust the seasonings. Add salt and pepper, and if you’re feeling adventurous, throw in a little more ranch seasoning or some chopped herbs.
- Chill and Serve: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. This dip is best served chilled!
