Welcome!

If you are looking for a simple way to stay fit and healthy, you are in the right place. Eating healthy, meal prep, and understanding calories and macros doesn’t need to be overwhelming and complicated. I’ve done all the work, whether you are following a meal plan guide or meal planning from recipes from the blog.
How does it work? Each recipe is interchangeable. All the macros are similar making meal prep and macro counting easy.
The workouts are designed to help your body now, while also keeping your long term health in mind. Too many programs lack the fundamental exercises and stretches needed to prevent injuries. So many of my clients have come to me with problems that could have been prevented with adding basic movements back into the workouts. This not only helps you get the results you want now, it also will aid in your long-term mobility, strength, posture and balance both now and as you age. This decreases body aches and pains and helps sustain feeling good for years to come.

First, it’s time to figure out your ideal meal plan. Nourishing your body with what it needs to hit your goals. We do this with targeted daily calories and macros to help you hit your health and fitness goals.
Macros are a trendy shorthand way of saying macronutrients. These are your main breakdowns of Carbohydrates (Carbs), Fat, Protein. These are things typically found on any nutrition label.
Micronutrients (Micros) are focused on the vitamins and minerals. The recipes focused on micros will still be similar in calories and can easily be swapped in or out of your meal plan as desired.
